2016 Music Olympics Camp!5 days (M-F), 2 hours per day of musical fun!
No previous experience necessary (Suggested ages 7-12) Tuition: $85 Registration availability: June 13-17, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM June 20-24, 1:00-3:00 PM July 11-15, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM In our Music Olympics camp, kids will learn musical concepts throughout the week. And, since they are kids, they will learn the musical concepts through games and hands-on activities! Many of the activities will take place outside, weather permitting. The camp culminates in the Music Olympics on Friday, a fun competition and celebration. Parents and family members are invited to attend the Music Olympics to watch the fun! Concepts covered include but are not limited to: Rhythms Note Names Musical Terminology Intervals (melodic and harmonic) **We will be using water balloons to aid in our music discovery, so come dressed to get wet!** (Current students will receive a special pricing of $65 for the camp.) |

2016 Pre-Piano Camp!5 days (M-F), 1 hour per day of music fun and piano discovery!
No previous experience necessary (Suggested ages 4-6) Tuition: $55 Registration availability: June 13-17, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM June 20-24, 10:30-11:30 AM July 11-15, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Our Pre-Piano camp, Piano Discovery, is a week filled with fun activities and games designed to teach basic music knowledge, rhythm, and enjoyment with music. Along with being introduced to the piano, the children will use a variety of instruments and games to explore movement, rhythm, sound, and fun! **We will be using water balloons to aid in our music discovery, so come dressed to get wet!** (Current students or students signed up for a fall session of Preschool Music Group or for Wunderkeys Piano for Preschoolers lessons will receive a special pricing of $40 for the camp.) |
2016 Music History Blast from the Past!4 days (M-Th), 2 hours per day of musical fun!
No previous experience necessary (Suggested ages 6-14) Tuition: $80 Registration availability: June 27-30, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM July 18-22, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM In our Music History Blast from the Past camp, kids will take a peek into the lives of four famous classical composers. Campers will complete craft and scrapbook projects about each composer as they learn about the composer’s childhood and career, in addition to the instruments, art, and clothing of their period. After hearing a famous melody from each composer, we will experiment to see what it might sound like with the music technology of today! (Current students will receive a special pricing of $65 for the camp.) |
